In-Center as one of three therapy verticals focuses on delivering high-quality, clinic-based hemodialysis to patients worldwide. Its mission is to support healthcare providers in offering safe, consistent, and patient-centered care in dialysis clinics.
Your assignment:
Downstream marketing of global tubing systems for extracorporeal hemodialysis
Support overall marketing initiatives, identify and close gaps in communication
Collaborate with regions to support marketing campaigns and coordinate roadmaps to optimize the product portfolio in terms of costs, competitive advantages, and margins
Identify opportunities for portfolio streamlining, initiate and drive forward phase-out processes
Close collaboration with product groups regarding design changes
Active communication into markets (regions and countries) about product information (e.g., design changes, regulatory changes, clarification, supply constraints etc.)
Provide first-hand information about usage of products into development teams (e.g., via clinical visits, hands-on sessions e.g. with application specialists, …)
Upstream marketing for new developments
Identification, prioritization, and evaluation of market requirements to optimize activities for the development of commercially attractive products based on customer preferences and business requirements
Your profile:
Bachelor/Diploma in Economics and/or engineering sciences or similar
Several years of experience in product management in medical devices or development of medical devices
Knowledge and experience in the field of hemodialysis as advantage
Experience in B2B marketing
Team minded and experienced in working in cross-functional self-organized teams with international team members
Project management skills
Technical understanding of products and how those are used in the clinical environment
Experience in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
Insides in medical and clinical processes
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel
Structured and systematic approach, analytical and strategic thinking
Experience in leading in teams without disciplinary responsibility
Able to convince people by persuasion
Ability to autonomously prioritize tasks and work on such priorities
