Develop and manage a global product strategy for electrical/electronic components focused on OE markets.
Identify and assess new market opportunities and develop strategies to target these opportunities.
Work closely with research and development (R&D) teams to develop new products and improve existing products based on current market trends.
Create and execute product launch plans, including coordination with sales, marketing, and technical service departments.
Maintain knowledge of global trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the electronic components industry.
Drive product line revenue and margin growth, set appropriate pricing strategies, and ensure the attainment of business objectives.
Work with cross-functional teams to manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Develop and deliver product training to sales team, distributors, and customers.
Lead market research and competitor analyses to assess customer needs and product positioning.
Ensure compliance with international standards, regulations, and laws related to manufacturing and selling electronic components.
Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure product development projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain effective communication with teams across different regions to promote products and ensure consistent messaging.
Make critical decisions about budget allocation to maximize return on investment.
