Global Procurement Analyst
We are looking for a Global Procurement Analyst for JBS that reports on site to our corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
Assist the strategic sourcing organization in collaboration with our partners to align sourcing priorities, source selection, conduct market research, mitigate issues and add value through insightsPreparation, issuance and management of a RFP’s/ RFIsCollaboratively work with cross functional teams to develop business unit requirements and Statement of WorksAdminister the supplier due diligence process including non-disclosure agreements, Source Justification, and intake request triageParticipates in collaborative handoffs with Procurement to ensure effectively negotiated contracts that meet desirable financial terms and conditionsAbility to analyze large data sets to ensure objective outcomesMaintain Relationships with lines of business, team members, management, key stakeholders and external contacts (vendors, etc)Support higher level staff with analyzing business unit requirements for leveraging opportunities, supplier recommendations and acquisition planningAssist in source selection activities of pre-qualified vendors, including conducting market analysis to determine potential sourcesObtain and analyze vendor performance and delivery data to ensure quality, consistency, and fairness to inform sourcing activitiesMaintain vendor-related documentation, including source selection records, supplier performance information, compliance metrics, and value capture resultsAssist in the development of product category strategy and research new product options in the category to drive TCO savings and achieve targetsPerform market data analysis and monitor relevant market conditions for assigned categoriesOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceEnglish Language (required), Spanish (will be a plus)Exposure to preparing and reviewing RFPs, RFIs, SOWsExposure to strategic sourcing, category management, subcontracts management or procurementExposure in managing a formalized process of selecting, monitoring and evaluating vendors/vendor contractsEffective skill exercise initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisionsEffective communication and presentations skillsEffective relationship building, negotiation and facilitation skillsEffective data analytics and manipulation skillsBasic skill at working with and communicating with all with all levels of employees and management within and outside the organizationEffective verbal and written communication skillsEffective Word, Excel, and Power Point Presentation skillsCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base salary range of $58,000-$70,000; Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and Career Development: Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs.
