What this job involves:

This position plays a vital role on the Travel and Events team, working cross functionally to execute implementation strategy that supports operational infrastructure and service delivery effectiveness while being responsible for execution of project implementations. You will execute implementation strategy and operational plans for T&E's globalization across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions while ensuring project team members complete key deliverables on schedule and establishing scalable frameworks for major site expansions. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by creating playbooks, workflows, journey maps, and standard operating procedures to reduce duplicative regional standards, building reusable operational frameworks that enable consistent service delivery across all global locations while managing operational project plans and translating challenges into actionable plans.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Execute implementation strategy and operational plans for T&E's globalization across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions while ensuring project deliverables completion on scheduleCreate playbooks, workflows, journey maps, and standard operating procedures to reduce duplicative regional standards while building reusable operational frameworksManage operational project plans, resources, deadlines, and risks for simple to standard project and supplier implementations while providing updates and communicating challengesProactively analyze deadlines and competing priorities across multiple site launches while creating prioritization plans to ensure objectives are metAnticipate resistance from new or updated processes while analyzing change impact for better SOP utilization and implementing strategic change management programsLead simple to standard project and/or supplier implementations on behalf of Travel and Events team while ensuring standardized approaches across regional expansionsCollaborate with Training Manager to transform process documentation into executable trainings for consistent knowledge transfer across global teams

Required Qualifications:

3-5+ years project management or meeting & events operations management experience3-5+ years implementing organizational initiatives with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple/competing projects and timelinesStrong communication skills both verbal and written with working knowledge of organizational change management processExperience creating process maps, playbooks, standard operating procedures, and journey mapsUnderstanding of waterfall, six sigma, lean, or agile implementation methodologiesAbility to anticipate resistance and implement strategic change management programs

Preferred Qualifications:

2-4-year college degree or equivalent work experience3+ years implementing meeting and event or travel program organizational initiatives including Strategic Meetings Management or corporate business travel programsThird party meeting management vendor/agency operations, consulting and/or implementation experienceCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designationExperience managing direct reports with project management technology experience including Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalentExperience communicating with all levels of stakeholders with demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationshipsSix sigma yellow or green belt certification with ability to drive collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
