Main responsibilities:

Design, implement, and continuously improve the A2R Core Model for direct and indirect tax compliance and statutory reporting, driving standardization and automationLead digital transformation of tax accounting and statutory reporting processes, including implementation of specific automation tools and real-time reporting solutionsPartner with Global Tax team to ensure alignment of processes with group tax strategy and contribute to tax risk management frameworkConduct external benchmarking to maintain best-in-class status and implement industry-leading practicesLead A2R projects across all regions, developing business cases and managing implementation timelines and resourcesEvaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge technologies to support tax compliance and reporting processesSpearhead change management efforts and deliver training programs to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies

About you

Experience:

Extensive background in Account-to-Report processes with strong focus on international tax compliance and reporting within a multinational organizationProven track record of successful global tax process implementationsExperience with tax data analytics and tax technology implementationKnowledge of tax implications in M&A transactions and corporate restructuring is advantageous

Proactive and results-oriented with strong sense of ownershipExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detailOutstanding communication skills with ability to explain complex tax matters to non-tax stakeholdersCollaborative team player with strong leadership capabilitiesAdaptable and resilient in fast-paced, evolving environmentsInnovative thinker with passion for continuous improvement

Technical skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of international tax regulations, transfer pricing principles, and tax reporting requirementsAdvanced proficiency in SAP FI, SAP S4/HANAExperience with tax compliance solutions (e.g., OneSource, Corptax, Vertex)Strong understanding of VAT/GST systems and indirect tax compliance processesProficient in tax reporting, e-filing systems, and tax data analytics toolsFamiliarity with Blackline or similar close management tools Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional tax certifications such as CPA, ACCA, Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), or Advanced Diploma in International TaxationMaster's degree in Taxation or MBA is a plus

Languages:

Fluent in English (spoken and written); any additional language is a plus
