Join DHL Supply Chain as a BPO PTP Global Process Expert and play a critical role in optimizing our finance operations. In this position, you will act as the main connection between the global team, Shared Service Center, Regional Accounting Hubs, and Country Finance teams, ensuring that designed processes are effectively followed and continuously improved.

Responsibilities

Your key accountabilities include:

\n\nSupport the implementation of the DHL Supply Chain PTP process, ensuring compliance and efficiency across regional finance organizations.\nMonitor and identify areas for improvement within the PTP process, translating business requirements into actionable system changes.\nDocument the global PTP process, including local adaptations and internal controls, and maintain up-to-date documentation for stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and maturity analyses, ensuring alignment with best practices.\nEngage with stakeholders to implement proposed process changes and provide feedback on process-related topics.\nContribute to the development of training materials and deliver training sessions to ensure effective use of the PTP process.\nRequirements

What are we looking for from you?

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProven experience in financial accounting and controlling, process improvement, or project management.\nStrong understanding of transactional finance processes, particularly the PTP process.\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with financial systems, ideally including Oracle Cloud or Oracle e-Business suite.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.\n\n
