Global Private Bank Business Management -Vice President

As a Business Manager in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. 

Job Responsibilities:

•             Organize & analyze complex information across multiple products in a strategic and compelling manner, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint 

•             Help towards building a collaborative eco-system with partner teams i.e. Operations, Technology, Advisor Support etc. while identifying synergies and collaboration opportunities 

•             Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards with limited supervision

•             Manage projects independently across all stages – ideation, feasibility analysis & recommendations 

•             Facilitate recurring management meetings, offsites, town-halls etc. with everything from agenda preparation, meeting content and follow-ups etc.

•             Demonstrate executive presence and thought leadership with ability to advocate your views  while building consensus across multiple stakeholders

•             Publish, maintain, and process People Metrics (headcount tracking, recruitment updates, attrition levels, etc. ;).

•             Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans

•             Potential to manage, mentor and develop a team 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

•             MBA in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area

•             Expertise / familiarity with Wealth Management products and keen interest in underlying drivers e.g. capital markets, macro-economic variables etc. 

•             Experience in delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence

•             Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda

•             Experience in initiating & executing projects and deliverables with minimal supervision and guidance

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

•             Experience in managing teams and senior stakeholders would be a plus

•             8+ years of experience in Banking / Wealth Management preferred

•            Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and LLM Suite; knowledge in applications like Tableau, Alteryx, Python a plus
