Reporting to the Global Director, Product Management, the Global Pricing Analyst is our go-to source for business intelligence and data that informs our pricing strategies. Bringing your love of finding insights hidden in data, you would be responsible for the creation of robust analytical tools and reports to support global pricing strategies. Executing annual cost and price reviews ensures our sales teams are equipped with the best data to compete in global water treatment markets.
This position is part of the Product Management Team and can be located in London or Guelph, Ontario and will be a hybrid work structure.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
Collaborate with Product Management and Sales: Work closely with the global product management and sales teams to create, align, and execute annual and ad hoc pricing strategies.
Execution of Annual Price Review: Drive the annual review with a cross-functional team to balance competitive market dynamics and internal targets.
Financial Analysis: Create and use financial analysis tools to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on revenue and profitability.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on pricing performance in a variety of forums to inform strategic decisions.
Maintenance of Price and Costing Tools: Execute regular updates of product pricing and costing tools including online calculators and published price books.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in economics, data science or engineering preferred.
Strong analytical skills including advanced usage of data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) and understanding of data architecture. This would come from 1-3 years of experience in a role in data analysis.
Strong ability to develop meaningful relationships, instill trust and lead through influence.
