What You'll Do
As a Practice Area Coordinator (PAC) within BCG’s Operations Practice Area (PA) you will execute and coordinate business operational support for PA tasks globally, working as part of the OPS PA Management Team and directly supporting the Practice Area’s Leadership. In your role, you will coordinate people affiliation and related initiatives, monitor budgets and the people and business pipelines, conduct analyses, as well as manage leadership events and calls.
You will also independently plan, coordinate and execute internal PA meetings, seeking guidance as needed, from invitation management through to agenda coordination, tracking and logistical support as well as expense and budget management. With time you will also help to update and maintain key PA sources and help others navigate the PA ecosystem.

You will coordinate closely with Global and Regional PA Leaders, the Global Practice Management Director and the OPS Practice Are Management & Operations team, as well as the Business Services team, alongside Practice Area Coordinators both within the practice and across others.

Practice Area Management & Operations team members keep BCG’s industry and functional practice areas operating responsively and efficiently. As a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including content development, process management, marketing, meeting and conference management, and internal/external communications.
