As the Customer Incentives Plan Global Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
+ As the Global Pillar Leader, Customer Incentives, you will have the opportunity to drive commercial success through your collaboration with the business groups and our finance partners to design plans that drive growth enabled by high-performing and efficient operations.
+ Global end to end process ownership for Customer Incentives including accountability for delivering against OP commitments, operational KPIs and SOX/Compliance requirements
+ Partnering with key stakeholders including the business groups, IT, finance & legal to develop global programmes supporting growth, cash, productivity and customer experience objectives
+ Being responsible for managing and leveraging the global service portfolio review and action planning process to drive global standardization and accelerated best practice replication
+ Working closely with Area Leadership teams to ensure the timely implementation of prioritized programs, efficient resource utilization and operational effectiveness.
+ Leading global governance & compliance activities to include BG and Functional stakeholders to ensure continued alignment to corporate and enterprise objectives, policies and standards
+ Defining and implementing global KPIs that track E2E performance through Global and Area tier reviews and supported by timely action plans
+ Accountable for global communication and best practice sharing across all relevant Global and Area teams within ECO, the Business Groups and Functional Stakeholders.
+ Provide guidance, coaching and development to Global and Area team members in support of the organization wellbeing and delivery against shared objectives.
+ Provide coaching for their respective processes to BG & ECO stakeholders, including executive levels
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
+ Three (3) years of Operations and Leadership in Market to Order or similar workstreams in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
+ Experience in developing and managing incentive plans and programmes, including the management of associated operations and delivery benchmark KPI performance.
+ Experience leading transformation, working across various stakeholder groups including businesses, IT, finance, and legal
+ A leader able to combine commercial acumen with a pragmatic, consultative, and disciplined approach to problem resolution and decision making
+ Strategic thinker, able to take both a telescopic and microscopic perspective
+ Operating with a sense of urgency and bias towards action
+ Effective communicator and change leader, strong stakeholder engagement
+ Advanced influencing, collaboration, consensus-building, and communication skills across countries and cultures
**Work location:**
+ **Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN** **at least** **4** **days per week)**
**Travel: May include up to 20%** **domestic/international**

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $188,251 - $230,084, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
