Your ImpactYou’ll play a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives by leading joint go-to-market (GTM) engagements with our IT Service Provider partners (ITSP), helping shape Cisco's vision in AI Ready Data Centers, Future-Proof Workplaces, and Digital Resilience adoption.
Drive accelerated revenue growth with assigned ITSP globallyDevelop and execute joint growth plans, including dollar/percentage goals and investment milestonesEstablish and maintain executive relationships with partners and internal Cisco stakeholdersOwn reporting, progress tracking, and course correction on growth initiativesIdentify and develop co-innovation opportunities across multiple architecturesCreate joint reference solutions with clear business outcomesDrive enablement, sales practice building, and partner investment frameworksDeliver impactful communications, sales enablement, and promotionsHandle budgets, ROI metrics, and contract oversightInfluence partner strategy through financial and market trend insightsMinimum Qualifications:10+ years of experience in channel or sales roles within high-tech environmentsPrior experience working in multifaceted, start-up-like sales organizations5 years Domain expertise in system integrator and IT service provider GTM modelsShown success in leading sophisticated projects and cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of AI, security, enterprise networking, and observabilityExecutive-level communication and partner financial acumenAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities with a creative approachExperience in business development or strategy/planning rolesStrong technical and business acumen in Cisco solution portfoliosStrong strategic thinking and presentation skills in matrixed organizationsWhy Cisco?
