**Position Summary**
For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Global Org.Design & Change Management Services. Reporting to Head of HR Business Services, this professional will be responsible for Design and deliver Change Management and Organizational Design Services, ranging from capability building, consultancy support and leadership of projects/programs, to Nestlé global units, Zones and Markets upon request and engagement. Scale up OD&CM Service deliveries by leading and driving functionally the OD&CM Service Line from NBS Centers. Lead the design and deployment of metrics, solutions and methodologies as part of the portfolio to be offered, ensuring organizations are designed in an effective manner and company changes are implemented smoothly as a value proposition. Contribute to build Organization Design and Change Management best practices and promote it by mantaining a network of enabled HR and business professionals to foster adoption of OD&CM standards and continuous comsuption of the solutions and services.
**A day in the life of...**
+ Deliver Org.Design and Change Management Services
- Provide expertise, coaching and consulting support to Business Leaders, as well as lead initiatives at local, regional or global levels upon demand
- Deliver Assessment & Discovery of processes and organizations (current state assessment, risk analysis, stakeholder mapping)
- Design and deliver communcation and engagement plans. Enable Change Agents within the project scope
- Support the design of training programs, skill gap analysis
- Advise business at selecting appropriate vendors to support key OD and CM initiatives
- Activate the OD&CM network or NBS Service Line to deliver local or regional initiatives, under global guidance and coaching
+ Design and promote a Nestlé Organization Design and Change Management Framework, with Methods, Tools and Standards
- Deploy and maintain up to date OD&CM Framework, offering the model as a basis for initiatives across the group
- Promote these standards within the HR community and as appropriate within the Businesses and Functions
- Contribute to develop and deploy new Organization Effectiveness assessment tools such as Span of Control, organization health checks, etc.
- Keep external focus to identify external developments in the field and propose enhancements to the internal portfolio of solutions

Change Readiness Assessments
Stakeholder Mapping Tools
Communication Platforms
Training Needs Analysis
KPIs & Dashboards for Monitoring
Surveys and Feedback Mechanisms
+ People & Business Capabilities as a Service
- Based on business need and requirement, develop Organization Design and Change Management programs and capabilities
- Identify capability gaps and co-create and deploy (with T&L) the development of capabilities to Business Leaders / Mancoms at global or regional levels
- Identify potential members of the global network of OD and CM specialists within the various businesses and functions and co-animate it and create internal synergies
- Build and lead the HRBS network/service line of OD and CM experts
Establish competency building framework and learning solutions
+ Innovation & Business Intelligence within ODCM Service Portfolio
- Continuously identify internal and external best practices in the field of Organization Design and Change Management and integrate them as appropriate into the HRBS solutions portfolio
- Develop and maintain relationships with a network of vendors in the filed of OD and CM, in order to be able to provide advice to businesses in the context on consulting support selection
**What will make you successful**
+ University degree and Post-Grad in Human Resources or other Social Science, with solid work-related experience in General People Management, HR Business Partner or Talent Management
+ 5+ years of people management experience, leading leaders and big teams, including hybrid/remote models
+ Proven record of successful remote stakeholder management in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.
+ Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
+ Presentation skills to create and run presentations that are tailored to specific business needs.
+ Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal collaboration skills across multiple reporting/hierarchy levels.
+ Expertise with Change Management, Transformation Projects and Project management
+ Passionate leader that promotes and practices people development, willing and able to coach and mentor other leaders.
+ Ability to quickly understand business needs, expectations and opportunities in an always evolving and chaning scenario
+ Intrapreneur experience to innovate, pilot and start-up in an agile way
