Global Nutrition Intern

Start date: February 2026 

Duration: 6 months  

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses   

Platform/Project: Nutrition support Global / Europe: portfolio analysis, nutrition communication and host food strategy.   

Location: Amsterdam/Nijmegen  

 

Basic Requirements for all:  

– You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus)  

– You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.  

– NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, you are studying in the Netherlands or have relevant student work visa)  

  

Global Nutrition 

During your assignment, you will be part of the Global Nutrition team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be working at a global level in close collaboration with Nutritionists located in different business units as well as working cross functional. This experience will provide an excellent opportunity to understand the complexities of working in a large multinational company with an extensive portfolio.   

Assignment and key activities:  

You will be working on nutrition support activities across Global / Europe such as:   

Host food strategy – global host food strategy and develop training on host foods  

Portfolio analysis  

Nutrition communication   

Specific Team Requirements:  

Bachelor/Master level in Nutrition, Health or Dietetics   

Knowledge on: Nutrition knowledge, food composition, health impact 

Classes or projects about: Nutrition and health 

Previous internship in the F&B sector is not mandatory but is a plus 

You are a team player with good communication skills and a scientific background. You possess a global perspective and critical thinking.
