How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure

New Accounts
 

To process New Accounts application to follow through the NAs Desk Instruction guideline and comply with regulation required and policy required when receiving or pre-screening for editing all related coding and review all supporting documentationTo process and ensure application forms and media filing correctly and keep confidential and comply with regulation required.Response for handling Inbound / Outbound calls and follow up the action takenTo perform New Accounts servicing calls, whilst delivering the first- class customer service.Other duties as assigned by Leader.

Minimum Qualifications:

College/University degreeHave Fluent English speaking and written skills both English and mandarinBe Punctual and responsible.Action plan taken upon management's adviceProblem solving skillMust be able to effectively listen to the customer, make a connection, acknowledge and empathize when appropriate.Must have strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision.Well communication. Ability to effectively communicate American Express concerns while ensuring customers that they are valued.Computer literate with a solid working knowledge of current internet technology and the ability to research information for business related purposes. PC skills, ie, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointGeneral commercial/banking or credit card industry knowledgeHonest, patient, responsive and with good integrated personalityMust have strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressureMust be willing and able to overtime or work any shift within our hours of operations, which includes weekends and long holiday
