To be responsible for Ownership, design, expert support for the broad range of Compensation & Benefit activities and services, including Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility. Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.

As a Global Mobility Design Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

Providing operational support for delivery of Global Mobility Tax activities and processes across multiple countries.Providing support to the Tax Operations Team on rebilling, shadow payroll and related tasks.Providing day-to-day management of end-to-end Global Mobility Tax processes and case management of mobility transfers to the region/s assigned to you.Ensuring real time data entry into the company’s systems to enable transparency for team members, HR, business, and other stakeholders.Tracking and registering status of cases, reporting issues/impediments and actions/solutions on a regular basis.Being accountable for an exceptional employee/stakeholder experience.Responding to emails from assignees/rotators/short-term business travelers and support their assignment life cycle.Participating in Global Mobility related projects, including technology/systems enhancement or support, communication, reviews, process improvements and change management.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s level (or a high school diploma / GED) with minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Global Mobility.Experience working with Assignment Pro, Workday, other with systems (SAP) as well as excel/power point.Have the ability to work on a number of tasks and projects concurrently setting own agendas and effectively prioritizing work.Have advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
