WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

A university degree3+ years in various HR areas (Global Mobility or Domestic Relocations experience is a plus).Knowledge on state immigration process and procedures is required in order to maintain full ownership of the process.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.Fluent English speaker – both written and spokenAn action-oriented, problem solver An individual able to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and follow deadlines

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Ensure the legal stay and work of assignees, permanent transferees and their family members on the territory of Poland by coordinating all the necessary steps required in order to be compliant with internal and external laws and procedures.In cooperation with Global Mobility Hubs support the administration and coordination of international relocation services for Poland in accordance with PMI Relocation Policies.Participate in definition of Relocation Support goals and objectives to ensure an efficient execution to support mobility in Poland.Manage relocation commitments to assignees ensuring compliance with PMI principles and practices and contractual terms.Provide full-fledged P&C support to International Assignees and Hiring Managers with regards to local legislation.Ensure that all Relocation Assistance related information is accurate and well managed at all times to provide data and analysis for Company reporting and to support efficient Management decisions.Follow and suggest improvements to work processes and communication materials to ensure optimal service levels (minimizing customer waiting time, maximize customer satisfaction and accuracy of response, process efficiency, etc.).Advisory in the hiring process of New Hires from Poland - support incl. verification of documents, advisory in terms of feasible hiring dates, processing of immigration documents, active participation in contact with Talent Acquisition, candidates and Hiring Managers.
