WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum 3 years of experience working in P&C and/or payroll processesGlobal Mobility/Total Rewards/Compensation processes knowledgeExperience in using Success Factors and/or Assignment Pro will be an assetAction oriented, able to learn on the fly and deal with ambiguityExcellent analytical skills, strong technological approach, and innovative attitudeSelf-organized person, willing to face challenges of the job head-onDetailed oriented person with high customer focus attitudeAn inquisitive problem solver capable to work independently as well as great team playerFluet English speakerExperienced in using Microsoft Office Tools (especially MS Excel)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Own and ensure the accuracy of assignees’ remuneration calculations and systems maintenance, keeping all data and updates precise and compliant.Manage remuneration changes in SuccessFactors for the Global Mobility population, operating with rigorous attention to Risk & Control, audit standards, and payroll timelines.Act as a trusted partner by responding to requests from key Global Mobility stakeholders and providing timely, quality support.Drive the execution of global cycles and process updates within the Global Mobility space, ensuring smooth and consistent implementation.Deliver high‑quality calculations, simulations and documentation that support new and ongoing international assignments, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.Provide clear, expert guidance to our internal customers regarding Global Mobility remuneration processes, ensuring transparency and confidence.Enable the business by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant compensation for PMI’s mobile talent, supported by insightful reporting and analysis.Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance and streamline Global Mobility processes and elevate the employee experience.
