As a Global Mobility Senior Associate, you will ensure that our global talent moves seamlessly across borders, enhancing our international operations and contributing to our company's strategic goals. 

How will you value-add?  

Responsible for global mobility lifecycle, from pre-assignment preparation to post-assignment support  Support to internal stakeholders on global mobility related matters, such as relocation planning, shipment of personal goods and tax-related matters  Work alongside the wider HR team on global mobility matters (i.e. international transfers, secondments, etc)  Ensure compliance with immigration laws & firmwide requirements   Ensure smooth onboarding of inbound staff & departure of outbound staff  Assist with the global mobility related reporting, projects & initiatives  

About you  

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field  At least 4 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management or relocation services  Strong knowledge of international tax & immigration laws  Good communication, interpersonal & advisory skills  Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
