As **Global Media Planner, EMEA** , you’ll shape and deliver innovative media strategies for two of the world’s most premium pet food brands— **ORIJEN® and ACANA®** . **What will be your key responsibilities?**
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating best-in-class regional media strategies that combine global consistency with local relevance. You’ll collaborate with a global media agency, regional marketing teams, and brand stakeholders to ensure campaigns land with impact and deliver measurable results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
+ **Media Planning:** Develop comprehensive regional media plans that link to the overall annual Global Media strategy, objectives, and budget constraints.
+ **Media Execution:** orchestrate and manage media buys through our Global Media agency. Detailed planning and communication are required to ensure on-time delivery of assets across various channels and platforms (TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital, search, retail media, etc.).
+ **Budget Management:** Oversee regional media budgets including consistent tracking and reporting with finance and owning the creation of purchase orders and receiving of invoices.
+ **Campaign Optimization & Reporting:** Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., impressions, reach, engagement, conversions), and provide regular reports on campaign performance including insights and recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of spend and considerations for future media strategies.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with global marketing teams, deployment teams, and analytics to ensure media strategies are aligned with brand messaging and goals.
+ **Regional Insights:** Stay informed on regional market trends, audience behaviors, and competitor strategies to inform media planning decisions.
**What are we looking for?**
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
+ 3–5 years of media planning or buying experience, ideally with regional/multi-market campaigns.
+ Strong knowledge of European media landscapes and consumer behavior.
+ Hands-on experience across multiple channels (digital, TV, radio, print, OOH).
+ Familiarity with media tools and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, ComScore, Google Analytics, MediaOcean).
+ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into recommendations.
+ Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor/agency relationships.
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
+ Agency-side or agency management experience a plus.
