What You'll Do
To support the coordination of our marketing initiatives globally, we are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to fill a Marketing Coordinator / Sr. Coordinator role based in India for the OPS Practice. Key tasks include support for the Marketing Leader and team, the Practice Area Leader (PAL) and leadership team, the amplification of OPS related content and publications, coordinating for events and conferences, creating and publishing content on social media, specifically LinkedIn, creating and designing internal communications, and several other day-to-day activities of the marketing team.
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Coordinator is expected to provide marketing support through:
Internal practice communications (newsletters, announcements, global PAL communications). Help with website management/maintenance and get experts' profiles and pages updated as required. Support in coordinating global initiatives with Regional and Topic Managers and PA leadership/management. Create multimedia assets using digital tools (Figma and Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for social media and internal communications. Conduct regular analysis of our web publications/white papers/reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations to optimize performance. Assist in content amplification across multiple channels, monitoring engagement, and providing recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with teams such as PR, Global Editorial, and Social Media to align marketing efforts with broader BCG initiatives. Provide support to internal stakeholders to help translate business insights into marketing actions. Support marketing leader with preparation of analysis and materials for leadership team meetings and other internal forums (e.g., tracking publication performance, social media performance, internal communications effectiveness)What You'll Bring
3-5 years of marketing and communications experience in a fast-paced professional services firm and/or demonstrated coordination/execution of complex tasks. Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of design tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Figma is highly preferred. Ability to deploy AI tools in day-to-day work is a bonus. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of corporate social media, particularly LinkedIn.Additional info
