Chemours is seeking a **Global Marketing Manager** - **NGR: Next Generation Refrigerant** to join our Thermal & Specialized Solutions Business Team. In this position you will report directly to the **Global Marketing and New Business Development Director** . In this role you would be responsible of defining the Global Marketing Strategy, marketing plans and lead the strategic negotiations with key Accounts. **Location: USA** **The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:** + Drives profitable growth through the development of global market plans that include the OEMs and Aftermarket segments, applications and associated marketing plans. + Validates key market dynamics and gaps assumptions using the Voice of Customer process building long term market development relationships with key customers. + Co-develops advocacy strategies and content with the business advocacy team, Governmental Affairs team and supports advocacy outreach. + Translates market trends into overall market segment narratives to drive for internal cross-functional alignment at all levels in the organization. Project representation at senior level reviews. + Develops and leads the execution of actionable marketing plans for identified focus markets, segment(s) and application(s) addressing market needs and gaps. + Leads the development of the Marketing Strategy in collaboration with the regional marketing leaders. + Drives the globally coordinated execution of the regional marketing plans with the regional marketing leaders. + Develops and manages product line road maps for focus markets, segment(s), and application(s), including new product adoption & introduction. + Supports GPM with specific marketing assessments and campaigns to protect the product line base business. + Ensures the successful commercialization of market-driven products / technology(s). Coordinates growth project leaders driving market-driven new product development (NPD) initiatives using the Stage Gate process as well as the Commercial Growth projects and Portfolio Enhancement processes. + Implements value-based / strategic pricing strategies. + Takes customer and market trends, feedback, and opportunities to help set technology’s focus and set the direction for Chemours growth initiatives. + Develops and drives marketing campaigns in support of new product launches as well as translations from other regions or applications and deliver measurable financial results. + Leads the development of marketing communications plans in support of marketing campaigns working through Corporate Marketing Communications. **In order to be qualified for this role, the following requirement are necessary:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field + 5+ years of B2B marketing experience + Experience working with/within OEMs + Negotiation experience/expertise required + Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills + Demonstrative influencing and leadership skills + Results oriented individual + Strong communication and networking skills **The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:** + Advanced degree (MBA) + Chemical industry experience preferred + Global marketing experience + Experience working in an environment of market disruption + People management experience preferred + Business development and consulting experience a plus + Previous management experience a plus + Advanced knowledge of the following software applications Microsoft Office, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
