What You'll Do

As a Global Marketing Activation & Orchestration Director at BCG, you will lead the day-to-day strategy, execution, and impact of one or more flagship global campaigns. This role blends deep integrated marketing expertise with creative, innovative and strategic marketing leadership. You will develop integrated campaign strategies that reflect BCG\u2019s brand and business priorities \u2013 elevating our thought leadership, storytelling and multi-channel engagement across earned, owned and paid media. Strong Project management is a baseline expectation overall.

Key responsibilities include:

End-to-End Campaign Strategy & Leadership: Lead strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns, as well as project management of all key workstreamsIntegrated Marketing Strategy: Design cross-channel strategies that align with BCG\u2019s business objectives and audience needs\u2014spanning digital, social, events, and PRCreative content marketing: Shape high-impact storytelling, content architecture and creative direction that differentiates BCG in a crowded marketplaceMeasurement and Optimization: Set success metrics in partnership with Analytics team, driving continuous improvement through agile learning cycles and performance dataStakeholder Engagement: Serve as the strategic marketing partner for senior stakeholders, global marketers, and agency partners\u2014ensuring cross-functional alignment and shared accountabilityPeople Manager \u2013 lead a team of senior manager & coordinators offering personal development, coaching and mentorship for shared success of team and campaign overall.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Building end-to-end, insight-driven campaigns that deliver brand impact and business outcomesTranslating business objectives into actionable integrated marketing executionsBring deep expertise in one of the channels (digital, earned, social etc.) and develop\u202Fyour campaign's thematic focus to guide channel teams to develop compelling content & creative assetsAnalyzing data to drive optimization and innovationNavigating a matrixed organization, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment across teams

What You'll Bring

10+ years of experience in content marketing and integrated marketing, ideally in a B2B global professional services firmDemonstrated execution expertise in at least one marketing channel (e.g., email, social, SEO, advertising, events, earned media) \u2013 certifications are a plusProven ability to lead integrated marketing efforts that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generationA track record of building and scaling global, multi-channel campaigns with measurable successPassion for experimentation, creativity, and continuously evolving best practices and market trendsTrack record in leading high performing teams

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with Marketing & Communications Channel teams, Creative & Content experts, the Marketing Insights team, and Senior Leaders to drive the success of the campaign. Together, you\u2019ll shape compelling narratives, refine KPIs, and ensure seamless execution across channels. Your role will involve deep collaboration to align strategy, optimize impact, and continuously elevate the creative and innovative approach of the campaign.
