Discover Impactful Work:Lead the global market development plan for an assigned portfolio/solution area: translate business strategy into customer‑centric marketing strategies and integrated go‑to‑market plans, build clear briefs and value propositions, orchestrate global launches and campaigns with cross‑functional partners, and measure impact to revenue, pipeline, and adoption.

Global strategy & annual planBuild the global marketing plan for your portfolio: target segments/personas, positioning, , priority plays, channel mix, critical metrics, and AOP targets.Use customer/market/competitive insights to prioritize opportunities and pacing; maintain a rolling 2–4 quarter roadmap and editorial/campaign calendar.Go‑to‑market & launchesLead cross‑functional GTM with Product Management—define launch objectives, claims/messaging, buyer journeys, and the global toolkit (content, enablement, web/social briefs).Coordinate with regional teams for localization and adoption goals; collect feedback to refine post‑launch motions.Convert the plan into clear campaign briefs.Partner with Marketing Operations to orchestrate multi‑channel execution and measurement; ensure regulatory requirements are met.Collaborate with Digital/Content Strategy to align narratives and ensure AEO‑ready, structured content that fuels organic discoverability.Drive global–regional cadence: prioritize markets, provide repeatable toolkits, and support channel activation (direct, eCommerce, distribution).Align with regional market development on target lists, enablement (talk tracks, comparison tools), and field readiness.Insights and analyticsDefine campaign/launch critical metrics; review performance, derive insights, and reallocate spend to highest‑ROI motions.Propose and complete customer/market research to close knowledge gaps and inform roadmaps.Handle the program budget and optimize to achieve return on investment.Keys to Success:Experience7–9+ years in B2B marketing/market developmentTrack record delivering integrated campaigns and product launches in a matrixed environmentKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrength in customer‑centric strategy, segmentation, positioning, and value proposition design.Influence without authority across functions/regions.Solid understanding of digital/organic channels and measurement.BenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
