This is a highly visible role where you will shape strategies that ensure patients around the world have timely access to innovative therapies. **Why This Role Matters** Your work will directly influence how life-changing biologics and biosimilars reach patients globally. You will collaborate with diverse teams across regions and functions, lead strategic pricing and access initiatives, and serve as a trusted expert in a dynamic, fast-evolving healthcare environment. **What** **You’ll** **Do** + **Lead global Market Access and Pricing Strategy** development for biologics and biosimilars and market access input into brand and therapeutic area plans. + Lead engagement with regional and country teams to **develop local access strategies** and enablesuccessful launches. + Drive **strategic price positioning** for new product evaluations and lifecycle events. + Act as a **center of** **expertise** for biologics and biosimilars, especially in oncology.
