Leveraging strategic partnerships, this individual will think about an approach, blending different learning opportunities, to bring high quality learning experiences supporting multiple learning styles. This position will also partner closely with our HR organization to support local learning needs, understand data insights and continue to build our learning culture of learning passionately.
This position can also be located outside of Germany - across the region EMEA.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You are responsible to establish a global learning catalog grounded in core Skills & Behaviors addressing Learning topics for all HealthineersYou will partner with our HR Organization on global Learning priorities, local learning needs, and utilizationYou will set up and maintain a holistic course catalog supported by the appropriate technical platformYou will manage Learning Communities (Learning Network, Learning Committee & CCB) and corresponding meetingsYou will be the owner of our LXP and LMS strategy and according improvementsYou will report and assess critical learning KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvementsYou will serve as lead Interface for our HRMS projectYou will own & execute the learning technology blueprintTo find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services
Your qualifications and experience:
You have a master’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, or a related fieldYou have several years of experience in managing global learning initiatives and fostering inclusive, scalable solutionsWe also welcome applicants with a bachelor's degree in combination with additional professional experience in this fieldYou have sound understanding of modern learning technologies and instructional design principles, with a keen eye for innovationYou have the ability to analyze data and translate insights into impactful learning strategiesYou have good experience in leveraging external partnerships to build high quality learning solutions
