What You'll Do
As a Global L&D Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class learning experiences across BCG. You will lead a global operations team and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure our learning programs run smoothly, efficiently, and of the highest quality.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Lead and manage a high-performing global team: Manage a team of 5–10 L&D operations professionals, ensuring clarity of goals, accountability, and continuous development. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to drive excellence and engagement.
· Drive operational excellence across global learning programs: Oversee the end-to-end management of participant logistics—registrations, communications, scheduling, cancellations, and database accuracy—for a seamless learning journey across all touchpoints.
· Optimize team capacity and resource planning: Design and implement effective staffing and utilization plans to balance workload, scale delivery, and maintain quality across time zones and geographies.
· Build and nurture global stakeholder relationships: Work cross-functionally and within a matrix structure to establish trust and strong working relationships. Adapt to stakeholder needs and provide proactive, solution-oriented support.
· Contribute to global L&D strategy and projects: Take an active role in shaping global learning operations by participating in strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement through innovation and best practices.
· Support virtual learning delivery: As needed, host virtual sessions, welcoming participants, introducing presenters, and ensuring a smooth flow of the session from start to finish.
· Ensure consistent, high-impact communication: Drive clear, data-backed communication practices across the team. Translate insights and operational data into compelling narratives and updates using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Leverage technology and systems: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SABA or similar, and manage workflows through platforms like ServiceNow, Trello, or Slack to streamline processes and ensure high efficiency.

What You'll Bring
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· 9–11 years of experience in a people or operations function, preferably with a focus on Learning & Development.
· Proven success managing and leading diverse, high-performing teams.
· Strong operational mindset with a track record of driving efficient processes and service delivery.
· Experience in professional services and working with global, virtual teams is a plus.
· Ability to manage both strategic and tactical responsibilities with precision.
· Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and judgment; able to balance multiple priorities with poise.
· Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Slack, Trello, SABA LMS, and ticketing tools like ServiceNow is advantageous.
· Intellectual curiosity, a creative mindset, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to work.

A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the operations team that oversees the overall orchestration of Learning at BCG. As a complex matrix structured organization, you will work with broader L&D colleagues and other functional teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others.
