What You'll Do

The Learning and Development Coordinator will have a key role in the coordination, operational quality, and execution of our global learning offer and projects. Our learning offer is essential to building core capabilities, expertise, networks and providing affiliation and networking opportunities. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to drive forward relevant functional projects to implement operational and strategic business priorities.

 

Your key responsibilities:

Managing Operations for multiple learning events throughout the calendar year with program sizes ranging from 70 to 300 participants per eventOwn the end-to-end learning administration and data integrity within LMS including classes, courses, rosters, audiences, and feedbackPartner with stakeholders and team to forecast and manage the learner pipeline, ensuring alignment on demand, capacity, and delivery readinessExecute and support automated and manual L&D communication workflows, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent messaging across the learner lifecycleOwn ServiceNow-based learner and stakeholder support, ensuring accurate case handling, insight into trends or queries, and consistent SLA complianceWorking closely as a thought partner with the wider team, business partners, content managers, faculty team and key stakeholders, to ensure smooth operational setupEngaging and continuing to review innovation and technology options to support operational efficiency

What You'll Bring

4-6 years of experience in an operations role, ideally within a professional services environment.A degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or Project ManagementExperience in L&D, Operations, Technology, Client Relationship ManagementAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.Proficiency with a range of virtual collaboration and event tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, survey platforms).Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.Fluency in English, both written and spoken

A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the Operations team that oversees the overall orchestration of Learning at BCG. As a complex matrix structured organization, you will work with broader L&D colleagues and other functional teams. You will establish

strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others.
