What You'll Do

Role Overview 

 

BCG is seeking a highly experienced Global IT Project Manager to lead a large, complex, and strategically critical program focused on an AI-driven, integrated software delivery lifecycle and the delivery of a cross-functional IT dashboard aligned to BCG’s firmwide strategy.

 

This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and business leadership. The Project Manager will orchestrate work across numerous global IT teams, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery of intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance transparency, execution discipline, and decision-making across IT. A core focus will be embedding AI-enabled insights, alerts, and guidance directly into IT workflows and metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Program Leadership & Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery of a large, multi-year global IT program spanning multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groupsLead the design and implementation of an AI-enabled, integrated software delivery lifecycle, covering planning, development, testing, release, and operationsEstablish and maintain clear program governance, milestones, risks, and interdependencies across teams and regions

IT Metrics, Dashboards & AI Enablement

 

Drive the delivery of a cross-functional IT dashboard surfacing core IT metrics aligned to BCG’s strategic priorities (e.g., delivery health, reliability, security, cost, and performance)Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights, not just reporting, including:AI-driven analysis and trend detectionProactive alerts and anomaly identificationEmbedded IT process guidance, standards, and SLAsPartner with data, platform, and AI teams to ensure robust data foundations and scalable analytics

Stakeholder & Change Management

Act as a trusted partner to senior IT and business stakeholders, translating strategy into executable delivery plansFacilitate alignment across diverse IT functions (engineering, infrastructure, security, architecture, operations, data, and product)Drive adoption through strong change management, communication, and executive-level storytelling

Execution Excellence

Apply best-in-class program and project management practices (Agile, hybrid, or scaled frameworks as appropriate)Proactively manage risks, issues, scope, and trade-offs in a fast-moving, high-expectation environmentEnsure solutions meet BCG’s standards for quality, security, scalability, and user experience

 



What You'll Bring

Required

10+ years of experience in IT program or project management, including leadership of large, complex, cross-functional initiativesProven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology programs, ideally involving software delivery lifecycle modernization or platform transformationStrong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leadersSolid understanding of software development, IT operations, and delivery metricsExperience working in global, matrixed organizations

Preferred

Experience with AI-enabled analytics, automation, or decision support in an IT or engineering contextFamiliarity with IT service management, SLAs, and process frameworks (e.g., ITIL, DevOps, SRE)Consulting or professional services background, or experience operating in similarly fast-paced, high-standards environments
