Do you value bringing order to complexity of the invoicing process? Are you passionate about building processes that work perfectly throughout the company? If you love collaborating with diverse teams and driving efficiency on a global scale, this role is for you.As our Global Invoice Champion, you'll be the architect of robust, compliant, and optimized invoice processes that keep our business running smoothly and have crucial impact on our cashflow. You'll oversee the end-to-end invoicing framework, lead continuous improvement projects, and ensure transparency for our management teams. Most importantly, you'll be a connector—bridging departments and regions to create alignment and deliver results for our invoicing practices.You will report to the E-Business Manager, but also have functional ties to Customer Care Operations Management. You will work in hybrid model of worki with office in Katowice.
Your Responsibilities:Coordination & Communication
Guide communication between departments like customer care, IT and finance AR and across regions to ensure seamless invoice process execution.Facilitate regular communication and meetings with global partners.Promote transparency and knowledge sharing across teams to lead invoice consistency and efficiency.Process Documentation & Mapping
Develop and maintain comprehensive end-to-end process documentation, including process maps, RACIs, Indicators, Service level agreements, and escalation points for the end-to-end invoicing processes.SOX Control Point Ownership
Monitor and manage SOX process control points to ensure compliance.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues.Performance Management and Reporting
Implement, track, and report on process Indicators.Provide applicable insights to improve performance and compliance.Ensure accurate reporting to Management on process performance, compliance, and improvement progress.Continuous Improvement
Identify and drive process improvement projects that enhance control point compliance and improve Indicators.Collaborate with various teams across Finance, Operations, IT, and regional partners to implement best practices globally.The Essentials - You Will Have:Experience and Drive: You are a team player with 3+ years of experience in Customer Care or Credit Management.Determination: You pursue goals with determination and don't give up easily.Technology knowledge: Proficiency in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and SAP.Language skills: Fluency in English (C1 )..Self-Motivation and Collaboration skills: A self-starter who takes initiative, seeks help when needed, and thrives in a global team with remote colleagues.Self-reliant: you can perform work easily without much oversight.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Experience with AI tools (e.g. Copilot)Additional languages knowlegdeWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
