Job Responsibilities

Provide valuation analysis, including discounted cash flows, relative valuations, asset valuations, comparable comps, and transaction multiple.Prepare pitchbook for client meetings, including M&A, ECM, and DCM pitches.Prepare financial models and perform financial analysis of companies.Monitor the industry for current events, valuations, and important financial information.Travel for client meetings, due diligence, and industry research.Support project coordination, including client communication, coordination of advisory team externally and within J.P. Morgan

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or a related field from a top tier educational institution.Minimum 1 year of work experience in investment banking.Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skillsUnderstands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution orientedImpeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of businessAbility to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of the teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Korean

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Prior investment banking experience in M&A or industry groupStrong quantitative and analytical skills (including Excel modelling and valuation)Strong understanding of accounting (including CPA)
