In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing a proactive NW&PB global external and internal communications plan that aligns with the business’s agenda and Corporate Affairs strategy. Fostering trust, enhancing our positive reputation and driving engagement will be key. Internally, you will work on change management projects whilst really enhancing employee engagement to ensure we are all in alignment and motivated towards our shared strategic vision, values and goals. Externally, you will liaise with media, utilise digital channels, develop leaders communication plans and support business results milestones. **A day in the life of a Global Internal & External Communications Lead…** This is a varied role that will see you work across multiple functions to build and execute plans at a global level, and support local markets, including building their capabilities by managing a global communication Champions network. You will also: + Lead the development and execution of the annual strategic communications plan aligned to the business’s agenda. + Manage campaigns by developing and executing the NW&PB holistic editorial calendar. Plans would include development of ‘plug and play’ tools and actions for global and multi-market use. + Create a comprehensive strategy together with programs to support the CEO and senior leaders in sharing business performance updates, managing and coordinating the delivery of key messages. + Promote our commitment to be a Force for Good, connecting with our Brands with Purpose initiatives—such as Caring for Water, For the Planet, and For Communities (Creating Shared Value)—as core business principles. + Act as a trusted advisor to markets on communications best practises and insight to achieve strategic business objectives, while increasing positive media coverage and fostering a favourable sentiment. + Play a key role in fostering a community of well-informed and engaged teams. + Be a trusted advisor and enhance interactions with senior leaders through external and internal communication platforms. + Organize and facilitate internal events, town halls, and training sessions to foster a culture of open communication. **What will make you successful?** You will possess a wealth of experience in internal and external communications at a global scale, particularly within a forward thinking, matrixed organization. Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a high level of energy and a passion for delivering results, are essential. You will have a proven track record of driving innovation in communications and collaborating effectively with diverse teams to engage various audiences through multiple channels. Having the ability to develop and execute strategic plans is a must. Additionally, you will have experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, whilst leading an experienced team to be the best they can be. You will also have proven experience in: + Leading innovation in internal and external communications. + Crafting, shaping, and executing narratives to increase reputation + Strategic communication management skills (media management, storytelling, agency management, timing, budget etc). + Understanding of a global business and beverage category challenges and opportunities. + Demonstrating great interpersonal and influencing skills. Used to successfully working with virtual teams and across different cultures. + Developing and executing employee engagement and change management programmes. + Fluent English is essential. **What you need to know** What can we offer in return?
