Job Location KRONBERG INNOVATION CENTER Job Description Do you want to be part of the Global Innovation HSE team, working with Engineering and R&D partners to find creative, cost-effective, and risk-based solutions to ensure the safety of equipment and processes? YOUR ROLE As part of the Global Innovation Health Safety Environmental (HSE) team, you will work with both engineering and R&D teams to ensure all new equipment and machinery are delivered ‘HSE-ready’ i.e., meets all legal and P&G health, personnel safety, process safety and machine safety as well as environmental requirements. + You will work globally, across multiple business units, regions, functions, and with internal and external resources. + You will be the single point of contact for engineering teams in all questions related to HSE + You will influence and collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve technical challenges to find safe, legally compliant, and cost-effective solutions. + You will conduct and coach engineering teams on various risk assessment activities, including overall risk assessments (ORAs), Machine Risk Assessments (MRAs), Change Management + You will be part of a global team of technology masters in all areas of HSE. You will support the HSE community of practise with your expertise in numerous HSE areas. + You will become one of the global P&G trainers for HSE and ensure knowledge transfer across P&G via online and face to face events. Job Qualifications YOUR PROFILE + Possess a Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering (preferred: Electrical, Computer, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or Civil). + Have previous HS&E experience. + Have knowledge or experience in Technical Safety, Environment and IH&S. + Have specific experience in leading HS&E within a production, team-based structure. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels. + Ability to analyse and solve problems, as well as devise, and implement mitigation plans. + Experience in manufacturing technologies would be an asset. + Proven expertise in either Health and Safety systems, Environmental Safety, Process Safety and Class 1 Chemicals will be an advantage. + Willingness to travel up to 30% of time.
