Do you want to be part of the Global Innovation HSE team, working with Engineering and R&D partners to find creative, cost-effective, and risk-based solutions to ensure the safety of equipment and processes?

YOUR ROLE

As part of the Global Innovation Health Safety Environmental (HSE) team, you will work with both engineering and R&D teams to ensure all new equipment and machinery are delivered ‘HSE-ready’ i.e., meets all legal and P&G health, personnel safety, process safety and machine safety as well as environmental requirements.

You will work globally, across multiple business units, regions, functions, and with internal and external resources.

You will be the single point of contact for engineering teams in all questions related to HSE

You will influence and collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve technical challenges to find safe, legally compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

You will conduct and coach engineering teams on various risk assessment activities, including overall risk assessments (ORAs), Machine Risk Assessments (MRAs), Change Management

You will be part of a global team of technology masters in all areas of HSE. You will support the HSE community of practise with your expertise in numerous HSE areas.

You will become one of the global P&G trainers for HSE and ensure knowledge transfer across P&G via online and face to face events.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

Possess a Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering (preferred: Electrical, Computer, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or Civil).

Have previous HS&E experience.

Have knowledge or experience in Technical Safety, Environment and IH&S.

Have specific experience in leading HS&E within a production, team-based structure.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels.

Ability to analyse and solve problems, as well as devise, and implement mitigation plans.

Experience in manufacturing technologies would be an asset.

Proven expertise in either Health and Safety systems, Environmental Safety, Process Safety and Class 1 Chemicals will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel up to 30% of time.
