This role is within the Global Information Security (GIS) Metrics Operations team responsible for supporting Cyber Security metrics platform, ensuring the integrity of GIS metrics data quality, and enabling adherence to the enterprise policies. Key responsibilities include executing metrics data Quality Assurance activities and working with technology teams to deliver projects. This role requires familiarity with metrics and reporting platforms, strong testing background, and a high degree of adaptability. Job Description: • Conduct metrics quality assurance activities and escalate when appropriate. • Support metrics governance practices to ensure metrics compliance with the bank policies. • Perform user acceptance testing and production validation for tech projects. • Write and execute test scripts, complete data preparation, and coordinate status reporting. • Identify and lead resolution of application defects and communicate necessary details with development team. • Identify metrics platforms enhancement needs and collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements. • Lead operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business operations. REQUIRED Qualifications:• • 3+ years of experience in cyber security. • Ownership and accountability for delivering high quality work. • Familiarity with bank policies, procedures, and guidelines. • Knowledge of ORCIT – Key Measures, Pega, GIS Dashboard, Octane, and JIRA. • Highly organized and able to lead multiple priorities, proactively anticipate problems and execute solutions. • Strong analytical skills and high quality of attention to detail, with ability to analyze data and trends to support operational improvements. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
