Every year, Royal Canin invests between 250 and 350 million USD in industrial capital to support our growth and innovation strategy. Planning, monitoring, and governing these investments is critical to our success — ensuring every project delivers value, efficiency, and impact.
As Global Industrial Engineer, you’ll play a central role in coordinating data flows, processes, and governance that drive this investment agenda. You’ll work across regions and functions, ensuring our capital allocation is planned, tracked, and reported with excellence.
What are we looking for?A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Finance, or related fields
5–10 years’ experience in logistics/supply chain, engineering, operations, or finance/economics
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps
Knowledge of supply chain management and production processes
Understanding of business financials and performance
Excellent teamwork, communication, and conflict management skills
Fluent spoken and written English, comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Solid project management skills and a structured, detail-oriented mindset
What will be your key responsibilities?Plan Capital Investments (CAB Planning)
Coordinate data collection from all regions to plan capital spend across multiple horizons:
IVCP (5-year industrial capital plan)
AEP (Annual budget for Year +1)
Quarterly and periodic forecasts
Monitor Capital Investments (CAB Monitoring)
Collect periodic actuals from regions to feed into effective regional capital reviews
Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs
Ensure Governance & Compliance (CAB Governance)
Guarantee full adherence to CAB governance rules for:
IVCP and AEP submission in CAPEX Alpha
MPAR project lifecycle management (ESA, write-up, submission, approval, contingencies, closure, post-closure reporting)
Correct cost booking: Fixed Assets vs Project Expenses vs MCC vs Overheads
Preparation of the annual CAB report
