What You'll Do
You will be a key member of our Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), supporting regional and local HR/CD teams and employees worldwide with administrative CD processes. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple geographies and time zones, forming part of a close-knit global HR/CD network that values teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities include:
· Coordinate and manage CD process follow-ups, including sending reminders, scheduling pre/post CDC calls, and ensuring completion of tasks across the CD+ platform and offline activities.
· Administer and maintain the CD+ platform, including managing feedback cycles, updating participant and reviewer details, and adding employees to scheduled CD meetings.
· Serve as initial coordination and escalation point between CD teams, EAs, staffing/TM teams, and Core HR, per defined procedures, to ensure timely updates across systems (e.g., CD+, SAM, Workday).
· Deliver routine CDC reporting and analysis, including pipeline reporting and basic survey analysis for HRBPs and local/system stakeholders.
· Support CD knowledge and resource management, maintaining repositories of key documents, process memos, and PA affiliation materials.
· Publish and manage recurring communications and reports, such as monthly PA affiliation slot
reporting and responses to FAQs via shared mailboxes.
· Ensure CDC quality assurance and compliance, conducting known pre-CDC validations and checks across dossiers, PA inputs, affiliation status, and data consistency between systems.
What You'll Bring
· A graduation degree.
· 3+ years of relevant experience in HR/CD operations or shared services. HR process management experience is a must.
· Workday experience (preferred) or other HR ERP systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio).
· Experience working in a professional services or multinational environment.
· Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
