Global HR Programs Manager
Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions business (GEIS) is currently seeking a Global HR Programs Manager. This role is onsite at our Moon Township, PA location. Relocation is provided within the United States for this position. The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** This pivotal role will lead HR excellence connected to the overall business strategy for Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions. Review HR trends for the best in class and continuous improvement, champion Inclusion & Diversity, lead Wellness initiatives, advance our talent strategy and learning while being an EBE champion. Strategize, manage impactful projects, ensure execution, and celebrate success every step of the way. + **HR Strategy & Program Management** : Develop and implement key HR programs that support the HR strategy short-term and long-term business goals, driving global growth and success. Programs include talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and inclusion and wellness. + **Data Analytics** : Education & Solutions: Utilize global HR scorecards to analyze metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Educate the HR community and leaders on reporting and analytics, emphasizing group, division, and site-level metrics. + **Coaching/Influencing** : Lead key EBS programs globally, including change management, communication planning, culture action planning, employee surveys, performance management, onboarding, talent and leadership development. + **Drive Culture Impact through Networking & Collaboration** : Drive a continuous improvement culture and share best practices across regions. Lead key programs such as the Innovation Cup, Recognition & Appreciation, E-Star, HR Global calls monthly and quarterly. + **Efficiency through Continuous Improvement** : Identify ways to streamline work through efficiency, digitization, and/or elimination of work. Capture productivity savings and benefits to promote the benefits and learnings. **Qualifications:** **Basic (Required) Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. + Minimum of five (5) years of increasing responsibility in a progressive HR environment; prior field experience required to include working at a manufacturing location. + Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master’s degree from an accredited institution **Skills:** Position Criteria: + Experience performing analytics in Excel and other advanced tools (HRMS, Power BI, TalentHub, etc.) and communicating insights across diverse international teams. + Driven by data and metrics with a strong sense of curiosity, ability to influence, and get results. + Strong project and change management skills to effectively lead cross-functional global business teams. + Good organizational ability to coach, consult, and facilitate at multiple levels within multinational organizations. + Commitment to employee engagement and continuous improvement in a global context. + Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to influence outcomes across different regions. + Ability to work in a matrixed environment and leverage resources globally as needed. + Demonstrated strategic thinking capability and global business acumen. + Communication, interpersonal relationship-building, teamwork, and leadership experience in an international setting. \#LI-EE1 We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
