What You\u2019ll Do
As a Global HR Operations Senior Manager, you\u2019ll serve as a key thought partner, executing strategic initiatives to optimize HR operations. You will lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience across BCG. Your work will span process optimization, system enhancement, and change management\u2014all while collaborating with a global network of HR professionals.

Key responsibilities include:
Foster strong working relationships with global HR teams, HR Shared Services and internal stakeholders to ensure responsiveness, transparency, and proactive issue resolution.Identify and lead improvement initiatives to streamline operations, increase scalability, and ensure compliance across geographies.Serve as an Engagement Lead where you\u2019ll act as a key liaison between Regional HR and HR Shared Services during process migrations. You\u2019ll manage end-to-end engagement activities advising on migration strategy, documenting process transitions and reporting on go-live readiness.Manage ad-hoc HR projects including policy development and updates, risk & compliance programs and other global HR programsWorking with our Product Team, provide functional leadership and input into the deployment and optimization of new Workday features, driving increased efficiency and value across HR. Work with the regions and systems to collate and synthesize requirements.What You\u2019re Good At
Building strong relationships with global stakeholders at all levels by fostering trust, collaboration, and clear communication.Managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously by leveraging strong organizational skills, goal-setting, and planning in fast-paced environments.Communicating complex concepts in a clear, structured manner that fosters understanding and alignment across diverse and global audiences.Paying close attention to detail while delivering high-quality work at speed, ensuring timely and accurate responses to multiple, concurrent requests.Applying sharp analytical thinking and demonstrating confident, professional communication in presentations and discussions; using strong influencing skills to drive alignment and impact.Exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information, ensuring trust and integrity are maintained at all times.What You'll Bring
Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.5-7+ years of experience in HR Operations, General HR or People roles in a large, global, and complex organization.Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.Strong understanding of HR administration, processes, and compliance.Experience working across geographies and cultures in a matrixed global organization.Relevant experience with change management or program management. Experience or interest in leveraging automation or AI-powered tools in HR operations is a plus. A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.Who You'll Work With
