ADP is hiring a Consultant - Career Growth & Development (CG&D)

In this role, you will work with the CG&D team to develop and implement enterprise-wide career growth and development solutions to drive associate engagement, retention and growth.
Daily, you will help to coordinate critical initiatives such as CareerDriver resources, Careers in Gear learning programs, Career Advisory Services, Internal Mobility, Technology, and all policy, programs and process under the CG&D space.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities
Maintain Core Team meetings: scheduling, attendance, action items, notes, and follow up
Track partnerships: business objectives, outcomes, participants, survey data, etc.
Oversee email box, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Coordinate Volunteer recruitment, assignment, participation, tracking and recognition, provide administrative assistance on volunteer projects as needed
Update and refresh myCareer site, ADPworks site, New Hire Outreach as needed
Create, coordinate, and track marketing and communications plan and collateral
Provide assistance in producing and preparing presentations, research and other published materials for the team
Conduct research on external market and Fortune 500 companies to benchmark CG&D practices, strategy and policy
Facilitate Careers in Gear courses, and other Global Talent & Development offerings

Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, engaging style and the ability to question the status quo. You can manage your time well and independently, prioritize deliverables, and execute with the best of them. In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone. CG&D Expert. You know the CG&D philosophy, framework and resources like the back of your hand. Bonus points if you can add StandOut/strengths to that list. Organization Pro. You have organizational chops that will keep us on target to meet all our objectives. Client-centric mindset. You love building relationships within Global Talent & Development and with our business partners to deliver solutions that impact their space.A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job and a proven track record of experience such as:
Participation in one or more volunteer CG&D projects Participation in BRGs Project leadership Facilitation of career, strengths or soft (aka power) skills training
