Global Head of Private Bank Marketing, Citi Wealth
We are seeking a globally minded, strategically driven leader to serve as Global Head of Private Bank Marketing for Citi Wealth. This role is responsible for unifying Citi Private Bank’s regional marketing efforts into a cohesive, globally aligned function — ensuring that we deliver a consistent and differentiated experience to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across all regions. This leader will set the brand, event, and content strategy for Citi Private Bank’s marketing, bringing together regional teams under a unified vision and shared set of priorities. They will elevate the brand through thought leadership, flagship events, bespoke client experiences, and data-driven marketing — all while working closely with product, coverage, and digital partners. The role will also drive alignment across marketing, legal, and risk functions to ensure consistency and compliance in client communications. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, global collaborator, and creative strategist who understands the nuance of the UHNW space. They know how to build alignment across a matrixed enterprise and bring Citi’s private banking value proposition to life in a way that is modern, sophisticated, and impactful. **Key Responsibilities** + Define and lead Citi Private Bank’s global marketing strategy, ensuring brand and messaging consistency across regions. + Unify regional marketing teams under a global campaign architecture and shared calendar of priorities. + Develop and oversee thought leadership, client events, sponsorships, and visibility campaigns tailored to UHNW audiences. + Partner with product and investment teams to communicate insights, CIO views, and differentiated solutions. + Serve as senior liaison to global coverage teams, ensuring marketing efforts align with business and client goals. + Oversee creative, content, and media efforts specific to Private Bank audiences. + Collaborate with global compliance, legal, and risk to ensure all marketing efforts are appropriate for regional regulatory environments. + Track and report on marketing impact across key metrics, including client engagement, brand perception, and pipeline support. **Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. + 15+ years of global marketing leadership, including experience in UHNW or institutional wealth environments. + Proven ability to lead global teams and unify regional marketing efforts under a cohesive strategy. + Expertise in content strategy, campaign development, and client engagement. + Familiarity with the needs, values, and behaviors of UHNW clients. **Key Competencies** + Strategic thinker with global fluency. + Inspirational leader and relationship builder. + Sophisticated communicator with brand depth. + Confident operator in matrixed, regulated environments. + Results-driven with a client-first mindset. **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Marketing ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Marketing Program Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
