Your main responsibilities

Lead and further develop the global EHS strategy Drive the Zero Harm culture and ensure safety in high-risk manufacturing environments Collaborate with plant leaders and teams across Europe, the Americas, and China Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 50001) Lead investigations of serious incidents and support preventive measures

 

What we expect from you

10+ years of experience in EHS, ideally in an industrial manufacturing company Proven leadership in building and executing EHS strategies across multiple locations International experience (Europe, Americas, China is an advantage) Professional proficiency in English and German Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams Willingness to travel
