Your future role.

As the Global Head of Digital Services & Prediction, you will be shaping the future of customer facing Digital Services and Prediction for the whole Innomotics business. You are leading a diverse, international team, driving customer value add and innovation in a critical business for Innomotics and our customers.

In your role as Global Head of Digital Services & Prediction you will report to the Division CEO of Innomotics Customer Services.

You are an innovator, a digital entrepreneur and understand how to create value for our customers and the company through creating and delivering industry leading Digital Services.

You are able to work in a global matrix organization with product Divisions and Regions and are able to produce the best business results.

You are able to motivate and manage a global team of experts and technology partners. 

You are an inspirational leader that can put his and the companies visions into reality while motivating and encouraging your global team of experts.

Your profile.

Master’s degree in information technology, computer science or electrical engineering.

Strong subject matter knowledge and many years of relevant work experience in a digital business environment (preferably in an industrial area).

Responsibilities in strategy setting, innovation management, portfolio management and people management.

Understanding in current and emerging technologies, digital, data and their potential application and translate those into business opportunities, cases, needs and implementation roadmaps.

You have experience in leading multinational teams in matrix organizations and can motivate them to perform at their best.

Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, with willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
