ABOUT THE ROLE
The Global Head of Creative Strategy will be a key member of Audible’s Creative leadership team, responsible for developing and driving the global strategic vision that connects brand, content, audience, and market intelligence. This individual will serve as the strategic partner to the Global Head of Creative, working cross-functionally with regional creative, content, marketing, product, and business leaders to shape creative strategies that support Audible’s mission and business goals across markets.
As a Global Head of Creative Strategy, you will...
- Define and lead the overarching creative and brand strategy, ensuring consistency and cultural resonance across regions while aligning with business objectives
- Partner with creative, marketing, and content leads to identify new opportunities, white spaces, and narrative territories based on data, insights, and cultural trends
- Lead the synthesis of audience research, analytics, and cultural trends into actionable insights that inform campaigns, original content development, and brand storytelling
- Oversee the strategic development of global brand and content campaigns, from positioning to go-to-market strategies and measurement frameworks
- Guide the development of compelling narratives that elevate Audible’s brand positioning and help differentiate it in a competitive global audio marketplace
- Act as a strategic integrator across creative, content, marketing, research, and regional teams to ensure strategy informs and elevates execution
