Global Forecast Analyst
The Global Forecasting Analyst plays a critical and visible role within Emerson Professional Tools, leading all aspects of the global demand forecasting process to support product availability and align with strategic sales and operational plans. Head forecasting methodologies, manage tools, coordinate global activities, refine processes to improve accuracy.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead and own the global unit forecasting process, tools, and associated procedures. Ensure accurate demand projections are in place to support manufacturing operations and meet customer delivery expectations. Coordinate and schedule global forecasting activities, including system upgrades, user training, and issue resolution. Continuously refine and improve forecasting policies, procedures, and tools. Apply standard methodologies for forecasting, statistical modeling (e.g., regression analysis), and data analysis to quantify economic and environmental impacts on product demand. Actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning and process improvement initiatives. Focus primarily on the Americas region, with global influence and engagement. Who You Are:

You are someone who brings strong analytical expertise, an understanding of demand planning, and a collaborative approach to engage with cross-functional teams and drive business results.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in demand planning Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of data analysis tools and functions. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex datasets.   Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Master’s degree or MBA. Experience using Demand Solutions or other business forecasting and planning software. Familiarity with global supply chain operations and S&OP processes.   Our Culture & Commitment to You:

Since the invention of the modern pipe wrench in 1923, the 25-acre RIDGID world headquarters in Elyria, OH has been developing tools that help trades professionals tackle jobs faster, safer, and more accurately. Today, more than 600 employees work in 734K sq. ft. of office and manufacturing space.
