You will provide project and process direction within the project team to create highly technical performance product. As a member of the Global Football Development team, you will effectively build relationships and interact with teams across Nike Footwear Product Creation and with teams comprising of diverse cultures across various countries. You will develop and utilize footwear knowledge to drive results and appropriately achieve project designs. You will work with multi-functional teammates to ensure manufacturability of product concepts. You will apply fundamental understanding of multiple sports and standard methodologies to identify product and testing requirements and assure product performance through physical and field-testing (fit). You will recommend and specify material, component and construction options to meet key features and product performance goals.
