As our Global Finance Reporting Specialist, you’ll not only ensure accurate reporting and compliance, but also shape smarter processes and foster collaboration across teams worldwide. What you’ll do
Support the preparation and analysis of monthly consolidated management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and take responsibility for contributions to annual IFRS financial statements.Drive variance analysis by extracting, aggregating, and interpreting data, delivering clear and reliable financial reports that meet group-wide requirements. You will have exposure to Salesforce, Tableau, Pigment, numerous AI tools and advanced collaboration applications.
Serve as the accountable financial controller for selected European entities, overseeing statutory audits, reporting obligations, and compliance reviews with diligence and integrity.
Ensure accuracy and completeness by reviewing and validating accounting entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions, proactively addressing discrepancies.
Partner with cross-functional teams in Accounting, Controlling, ERP, and Tax to align processes, uphold reporting standards, and champion continuous improvements.
Take ownership of system initiatives, actively supporting SAP implementation and driving enhancements to strengthen financial reporting capabilities.
Lead and deliver small-scale projects, coordinating stakeholders effectively and presenting outcomes with clarity and actionable recommendations.
Provide proactive ad-hoc analysis and insights, equipping business leaders with the information they need to make sound, data-driven decisions.
You’ll be great for this role if
You are highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamYou have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
You have at least four years of experience in a finance function within a multinational company
You have strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
You are fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
