As we expand and optimize our digital and financial operations globally, we are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to support and streamline our financial processes across 35 countries. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and play a key role in shaping our finance digital operations. Responsibilities Your Responsibilities: Manage and optimize financial flows across our international operations. Oversee the end-to-end PO (purchase order) and invoicing process in alignment with local and global compliance requirements. Ensure smooth functioning of digital finance platforms and tools. Support regional and global teams in audit-proof financial operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital operations and reporting. Identify improvement opportunities in processes and systems, contributing to finance transformation initiatives. Act as a key point of contact between finance, procurement, and IT teams across various countries. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, digital finance tools, or project management. Strong understanding of financial processes such as purchases orders, invoicing, and financial compliance. Affinity with digital platforms and transformation projects. Experience working in or with international teams is highly preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
