Global Experience Analyst
**Summary:** As a Global Experience Analyst at Meta, you will partner with stakeholders, program managers, engineers, and cross functional partners to help the Global Experience organization set high quality goals and make data-informed decisions in service of those goals.The Global Experience organization includes the International Product Growth & Insights (IPGI), International Marketing (IM), Internationalization (i18n), and Product Quality & Experience (QA) teams. By using your technical skills, analytical mindset, and business intuition, you will help shape experiences for billions of people and millions of businesses worldwide. You will work with one of the richest data sets available to ensure efficient and optimized operations. Your role will involve influencing strategy and investment decisions with data, focusing on impact, and collaborating with other teams. You will not just present data; you will drive a data-driven narrative and become a trusted partner to key decision-makers. **Required Skills:** Global Experience Analyst Responsibilities: 1. Identify and measure success of team efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends and drivers 2. Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches 3. Partner with organization leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute strategy and investment decisions 4. Collaborate with partners to understand data needs, representing key data insights in a meaningful way 5. Conduct exploratory analysis to discover new opportunities, understanding short and long-term trends, and identifying levers to help move key metrics **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience 7. 3+ years of experience in analytics or 2+ years of experience with a Masters Degree. Analytics experience is non-negotiable 8. Experience working with and influencing multi disciplinary teams 9. Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), A/B testing, and basic statistics knowledge 10. Experience working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment 11. Experience in improving data collection work, data processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis 12.
