As the Global Employment Brand Senior Manager for GE HealthCare, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our employee value proposition. You’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership team and the wider business to position GE HealthCare as a “top of mind” employer, with the aim to attract, engage, hire, and retain the best talent aligned to our mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employer branding principles and practices, grounded in research and data, as well as experience in marketing and communication across multiple geographies.

**Responsibilities**
· Lead GE HealthCare’s Attraction & Engagement strategy, globally. Partner with recruitment teams to deliver GE HealthCare’s colleague value proposition messaging in a transparent, authentic and innovative fashion that evokes an emotional connection with the talent we seek to hire and retain.
· Work cross-functionally to refine, deploy and build advocacy for our Colleague Value Proposition (CVP) throughout the entire employee life cycle. Deliver toolkits that stakeholders can “lift and shift” to extend advocacy. Champion internal and external marketing engagement on our communication channels.
· Design and deliver clear and compelling attraction & hiring strategies that are connected to business objectives with a clear approach to activation, optimization, measurement & ROI.
· Evolve GE HealthCare’s careers site embedding our cultural operating principles and CVP throughout. Measure, monitor and optimize.
· Define target candidate personas, in partnership with colleagues across GE HealthCare and engage brand followers ultimately building and sustaining a talent network.
· Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition colleagues to utilize market research, competitive analysis and hire data to cultivate substantial competitive market intelligence and strengthen our knowledgebase of desired target companies, geographies & education programs.
· Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate the brand by reviewing competitors, understanding industry best practices and nurturing partnerships, both internal and externally
· Partner with the talent acquisition team on digital, social and traditional media initiatives to ensure talent brand marketing materials are engaging, relevant and facilitate attracting high quality talent with a keen focus on measurement & ROI.
· Collaborate with Communications Colleagues on the review and development of compelling and relevant content for internal & external audiences that upholds GE HealthCare’s Cultural Operating Principles, CVP and values.
· Evaluate and launch new and emerging recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies.
· Integrate regular cadence of Employment Brand updates into existing reports to keep colleagues informed of EB strategy, campaigns and impact.
· Partner within TA to deliver Employment Brand best practices and education
**Qualifications:**
· Minimum 7 years of experience in employment brand management in a Fortune 500 company with at least 3 years developing and publishing content / brand marketing with an emphasis on talent or employer branding and recruitment marketing.
· Deep expertise across social media platforms, and digital tools.
· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, and keep up with a high volume of activity.
· Creativity with a talent for developing meaningful employment messaging content to push out to talent communities.
· Ability to build and manage recruitment content marketing methodology and related digital attraction technologies.
· Successfully proven project and stakeholder management

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $139,200.00-$208,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
