Global Employer Brand & Project Coordinator - VIE Contract
Location: Spain, Barcelona Target start date: 01/05/2026iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Global Employer Brand & Project Coordinator VIE within our Talent Acquisition & Talent Management team, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts, managing and nurturing our global employee advocacy program and providing support to our recruitment marketing campaigns. You’ll partner with key stakeholders: the global employer brand team, our comms teams, our regional employer brand teams, and Talent Acquisition.

Main responsibilities:
Manage communications with our employee advocates, which includes weekly comms and monthly newsletter. Manage the logistics of influencer workshops and trainings, liaising with all relevant stakeholders, including our storytelling consultants, social media team, internal and external guest speakers. Collaborate on the brainstorm, development, and quality control new activities related to engagement and activation to keep the community engaged and reporting of our efforts on a regular basis. Help analyse relevant data to make informed decisions to support our advocates engagement and success of the programme Support wider Global Employer Brand (EB) team on ad hoc projects, such as: recruitment marketing campaigns project management, quarterly EB network presentations, content creation activities.About you
Experience:
Experience working in employer branding, marketing, social media, or communications.Experience working on projects that require a keen eye for detail and a lot of quality control.Soft and Technical skills:
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-driven mindset.Experience of working in a global, matrixed environment is a plus.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business.Languages:
